CS Medical announces the release of the CleanShield® Ultrasound Probe Storage Cabinet
CS Medical LLC is pleased to announce the release of their latest probe storage solution. The CleanShield Ultrasound Probe Storage Cabinet provides a proper dedicated storage area that protects delicate vaginal, rectal and general purpose ultrasound probes from potential damage and minimizes environmental contamination of the high-level disinfected ultrasound probes.
CleanShield is constructed completely of thermally fused polypropylene that can be disinfected easily and is non-hygroscopic. The cabinet was designed with dedicated shelving mounts and receptacles that allow each vaginal, rectal or general purpose ultrasound probe to effectively be suspended within the cabinet while being bathed in clean, HEPA filtered air. Designed to accommodate up to six high-level disinfected vaginal, rectal or general purpose ultrasound probes, the cabinet is complete with a locking polypropylene door that has a clear viewing panel.
CleanShield helps healthcare professional to stay compliant by providing a vertical storage solution and by maintaining a clean, dry location as recommended by probe manufacturers and The Joint Commission (TJC).
