TD 100 Service Videos

In an effort to better serve our customers, CS Medical’s Service Department would like to announce the production of TD 100^® Service Videos. In the past, we have sent detailed written bulletins to customers regarding maintenance or repairs. Based on customer feedback, we began developing a series of video tutorials on the how to maintain and repair your TD 100. Starting in July 2020, we will begin to distribute instructional videos in addition to the written bulletins.

These videos will detail the correct tools and procedures for maintaining and repairing the TD 100 Automated TEE Probe Disinfector. The topics covered include, but are not limited to, changing the in-line filter, cleaning the disinfectant reservoir screen, how to verify the water pressure the unit is receiving, how to change the pump, and how to complete a test run. Customers will have access to this resource by contacting CS Medical Service at 919-255-9472 or sales@csmedicalllc.com with specific questions or issues. Video clips of repair procedures will only be distributed after diagnosis by one of our trained technicians.

The goal of the Service Team here at CS Medical is to maximize the uptime of your unit. Through clear, step by step videos we aim to make common maintenance and repairs quick and easy. We believe that this will reduce the time it takes to complete these activities and ensure the continued smooth running of your department.

In addition to our repair and maintenance videos, CS Medical also offers an online training package for the end users of the unit. We offer seats for this online training package individually or as part of the annual verification of your unit. The benefits of the online training for end users is threefold. First, it gives you a manufacturer’s certificate that the individual is qualified to use the unit for one year. Second, it gives the individual a refresher on the proper way to reprocess TEE probes. Third, it provides the individual with 1.0 CE credit upon successful completion of the course.
